The bank manager hood, the customer service hood, all the ladies work there hood. They think everybody pullin scams who are them to judge? They mite be the ones stealing! The outside machine way better then dealing wit them on the inside. Wellsfargo customer service at this location make u don’t wanna deal with Wellsfargo
I had an appointment at 4:00 pm, was taken 10 min late and was told by banker Kim Wilson that she couldn’t open an account in 1 hour, even after I explained to her I was a WF banker and I do it all the time and I know she could’ve done it. Asked for manager and she said it would be herself which is not true. Manager Wanda Wheat needs to do a better job training employees here.
