I had a very disappointing experience with this Wells Fargo branch. I scheduled an appointment the day before because I needed to notarize important documents. On the day of the appointment, they called me to cancel because I personally do not have an account with Wells Fargo. I explained that my husband and both of my children have accounts with Wells Fargo, but because I am not listed on any of those accounts, they refused to notarize my documents.
