Every time I come into this bank, there’s an attitude and 0 assistance. I used to go to the Wells Fargo next to markham park but since that’s closed I’ve been forced to come to this location. It truly is the epitome of slow and unhelpful. The banking staff makes sure you leave annoyed. If you don’t speak Spanish, trust me, they will def not prioritize you. Wait times are horrible… with 3 tellers on site the day of service.
Absolutely the worst service in history of this bank. The manager Pedro is incompetent and does not know what he’s doing. I arrived at the bank at 9 AM And at 9:32 I was still standing in the first place in line. They had five tellers behind the screen. It seems that one of them arrive late for work two of them. We’re doing the exact same job, and one person was occupied. In this visit to the branch My wife and I were in a rush because my wife need it to open an account and we couldn’t wait for an appointment we explain this to Mr Josue and he went over and beyond to help us right there even with the tight schedule in what the branch was.
