Very nice Indian lady helped me open my account. She also helped me with a notorized form. A1 Service no complaints here.
Ami and Robert were super helpful with figuring out the best way to cash my government savings bonds. They really went above and beyond. I mostly bank elsewhere, but am now considering WF more because of how great the customer service was!
Terrible customer service. Changed their story 3 tines about why Something couldn't be done over the phone. Interest they pay is a joke. Can't staff branches. Would not refi at competitive rate but they bought the loan when I refi'd with someone else. Don't even have the sense to get the origination fee. Roll over cd's to a much lower interest rate than the original cd. Lie to you about why they have to open multiple accounts in your name. Try to sell you stuff that's not competitive with the market.
We went to open 2 accounts, and got help right away. Nick was very helpful, and friendly. We really appreciated 👍 his help. He did a great job.
The staff Is amazing .. I went to bank today to get some cash as I need all $1 bills and I was the last customer after counting the cash by mistake I dropped $1 bill on the floor which I didn't noticed and I came back home on the way back home I got call from the Bank that you dropped $1 bill on the floor and when I counted they were right , they said we will put it back in your account, I felt so happy although it's just $1 but they do their job diligently and 5 stars to the staff. I appreciate your help ...
