If I could give a zero star, I would. Called 5 times to get a hold of a banker into getting information about my account. Was transferred to automated voicemail and told me I needed an appointment to get my answer. Horrible branch service when answering calls.
I absolutely cannot stand the new set up Wells on West Slaughter Ln! What happened to the wonderful staff?? I miss the staff! Instead of person to person contact, it’s now computerized with AI & IT.🥵😡🥵😡🥵😡🥵😡
Absolutely the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. Be prepared to waste your entire day—bring a chair and lunch because the wait times are ridiculous. Completely unacceptable. And Alfredo, don’t bother replying with some generic message or asking me to send an email. Just do your job: fix the outrageous wait times and start respecting your customers’ time. Wells Fargo, I had a hard time when I got my first car being in and out of the hospital with kidney afflictions. You guys gave me a loan and continued to work with me over and over. I love your company and you are amazing. Thank you for everything. If I were in a better place I’d shake your hand and tell you it was a pleasure taking out a loan from you.
