I don’t know how anyone gave this branch a bad review because they were absolutely amazing way more efficient and honestly a lot friendlier than most that I’ve been to. The tellers working today were absolutely wonderful!!!
My card was stolen, I ordered a new one. It never came. I order another one and it also never came. I went inside the bank to see what’s going on. They were no help. I haven’t had access to MY MONEY for over a month. They said theirs nothing they can do. I went to another location they express shipped a new card to me. This location is garbage and useless.
I literally just opened a bank account here, every time I try to buy something, it's flagged as unusual activity possible fraud. I've literally been on the phone with these people multiple times now. They say that my account's good and I can go make my transaction. I go make my transaction and it does it again.
