My card was stolen, I ordered a new one. It never came. I order another one and it also never came. I went inside the bank to see what’s going on. They were no help. I haven’t had access to MY MONEY for over a month. They said theirs nothing they can do. I went to another location they express shipped a new card to me. This location is garbage and useless.

I literally just opened a bank account here, every time I try to buy something, it's flagged as unusual activity possible fraud. I've literally been on the phone with these people multiple times now. They say that my account's good and I can go make my transaction. I go make my transaction and it does it again. First, the positive. The person who tried to help me was persistent and professional as he attempted to solve my problem. The rest receives zero stars. WF made an overcharge error on my business account a couple years ago and issued a check after an audit but made the check out to my business. Since that time I have spent 22 hours of my time trying to get this check cashed. The check is for $73. Again with this place. This bank doesn’t care about its clients—they want to charge you for every little process they do for you. I needed a cashier’s check, went to the branch, and they charged $10 for it, while other banks charge around $3. Anyway, I’m tired of them and will be closing my account soon. You all should do the same
