Came to access our security locker, guy who can assist literally just walked around saying he was waiting for a lady who had clearly long left and had his lunch coming up in an hour and couldn’t assist us the two minutes it was it would’ve taken to open the door. No one looks like they want to work there and make it abundantly clear they’re not there to help. We waiting 15 minutes watching this man just wander looking for that lady and left. Horrible staff horrible experience.

Wow... Never thought a bank could be this bad...
The employees in this bank are horrible and very racist. This security guy even wanted me to get of the parking lot while I was waiting for my partner who was banking in there! Wells Fargo is overall a very bad bank to bank with. I keep telling my partner that. After this incident we are moving our accounts from them.
