Straight up, the worst customer service ever could be presented by a bank.
我在今天早上预约了10点的，去到了那里，一位工作人员接待了，问了我半天的问题，最后一句话说今天帮不了我办理，太度很差，银行工作人员就是为客户解决问题的，没有问题谁愿意去银行查询账户呢。…．希望改变一下服务态度，我又开车14分钟到了另一个地址，他们服务态度很好，还帮我办理好了3216 W Braker Ln, Austin, TX 78758，给这家地址的工作人员大大点赞！
Always friendly
I've been a Wells Fargo customer since 2008. My business partner n I wanted to open up a business account. I convinced to choose Wells Fargo. We went there and we were asked for a copy of lease agreement. Showed it to the banker. He said that it wasn't dated and it doesn't have "2" for our second store. I told him that I can get it dated but he said we still need number 2 on it. I stood up n told my business partner to go to another bank.
