Wow... Never thought a bank could be this bad...
The employees in this bank are horrible and very racist. This security guy even wanted me to get of the parking lot while I was waiting for my partner who was banking in there! Wells Fargo is overall a very bad bank to bank with. I keep telling my partner that. After this incident we are moving our accounts from them.

My experience at the 13000 N I-35 Service Rd, Unit 3 Wells Fargo branch in Austin has been extremely concerning. Staff members Jessica and Robin have repeatedly refused to process deposits at the teller window unless they are placed in clear plastic bags. This is troubling because Wells Fargo has no policy requiring plastic bags for in-person deposits.
