DREADFUL! – Horrible!!! I am a recent victim of fighting fraudulent charges made to my account. I'm completely shocked by the lack of assistance. I have been robbed & the bank that I have trusted in expects me to live off negative monies for 10 BUSINESS days while they straighten this out.
