Worst customer service ever. Rude and snobby people
I’m surprised this branch only has 3 stars. I just went there and received the best service. The manager (Rafael), banker (Stephanie) and a very professional new banker undergoing training made my experience easy, made me feel heard, explained everything really well and were mindful of my short time making the whole process very fast. I arrived at 9:00 on the dot and I was the first customer. 100% recommend this bank and this branch.
