Drive thru permanently closed
I want a job here. Came on a Saturday morning - they are closed. Came at 9:30 on a Wednesday morning (they open at 9) & none of the service windows were open for business. This is a convenient location for me, but not if their drive though isn’t open.
They pay low interest rates and make it a hassle to make account changes. When rates go up, you must come into a branch to change your account. But when rates go down they have no problem changing it automatically.
Alberto, the snarky man(?) With bright blue fingernail polish, was extremely rude and intentionally slow until his coworkers, that recognized me, came back from lunch. Just in time too, i was feelingthreatened because he was clicking his nails at me. Doesn't that indicate something nasty? Dress codes are no longer, I'm assuming?
