Worst branch in town, they have no clue what they are doing. Held me up for two hours trying to open a new business account. Told me the documents provided were incorrect, although the Secretary of State literally got on the phone with them telling them there was nothing else that could be provided. Then they finally called an outside source, just to find out my documents were correct. They also connected my debit card which was not an issue to begin with to the new account they set up. After 15 years with Wells Fargo, I am closing my account. Just because they don't abide by the law. That they're only supposed to charge $5 for overdraft fee's. They have charged me numerous times $35 dollar late fees. For transactions under $5 in the last 3 year over $525 with is ridiculous that a month car payment! I'm switching to CHIME! Not only do they not charge you late fees but they will cover up $200 worth of late charges. Witch is a no-brainer!
