Bad customer service
Horrible, they deceptively denied us a refi over 10 years ago, miscategorizing a lien from a resolved legal case. Wells Fargo resolved the denial only after we called the MD Attorney General. We have no interest in communicating with WF on any matters, or doing any business with them, ever. To Jade- just do better. Thank you.
