I went in twice to do a wire transfer i got asked questions that seemed invasive like today I wanted to transfer money from my wellsfargo account to my cnb account i recently opened to pay for my bills. I got asked how much i wanted to transfer i told them $50,000 yes it's alot of money but it's all legit I don't do anything illegal instead it turned into 20 questions long story short I was told they couldn't perform the wire transfer. I went to Wells Fargo's today to cash my check and the people in there were so warm and so inviting I want to thank them for their good service
I went to the bank earlier today to put in some cash and coins I had laying around the house during my lunch break and didn’t know I had to put them in little rolls to have them deposited! Which is no issue, you learn something new everyday. I struggled a little getting them all together, so I was very grateful Branden was there to help me. He took over and made everything much easier and faster, to what was going to be a quite a time consuming task in a time crunch. Thanks for going above and beyond, Branden!
