They did not help me with anything and when I asked about the reason why they can’t deposit my check in my account for some reason they kept talking in circles talking about they can’t verify it because their back room won’t pick up , never had a problem with depositing a check
Great staff helped us to move from Capital One after their failures as our bank. This branch is fabulous!
No wonder why there’s so many 1star. Drove for 40mn, Got here at 11:30 and was told that they won’t be able to see you because they are closed at 12. It’s time to find another bank who would value your time and really understand.
I needed to go in to get a document notarized. Wells Fargo does this service for members for free. Although I didn't have an appointment, an employee who was also a notary was able to see me within ten minutes. From the manager, help behind the desk, to the notary, everyone was so kind and efficient. Thank you.
The slowest bank in Frederick! Makes everything ten times harder than it needs to be! 10/10 do not recommend!
