I went to the bank earlier today to put in some cash and coins I had laying around the house during my lunch break and didn’t know I had to put them in little rolls to have them deposited! Which is no issue, you learn something new everyday. I struggled a little getting them all together, so I was very grateful Branden was there to help me. He took over and made everything much easier and faster, to what was going to be a quite a time consuming task in a time crunch. Thanks for going above and beyond, Branden!
Came in today (March 23rd, 2026) to get a few cashiers checks. The teller, Brendan, was helpful, skilled, and efficient in taking care of my request. He continued to offer his undivided attention and assistance for as long as he was helping me. Thank you, Brendan!
Bad customer service
Horrible, they deceptively denied us a refi over 10 years ago, miscategorizing a lien from a resolved legal case. Wells Fargo resolved the denial only after we called the MD Attorney General. We have no interest in communicating with WF on any matters, or doing any business with them, ever. To Jade- just do better. Thank you.
