I wanted to love Wells fargo till after 3 1/2yrs of Excellent card status and they Never send you a promo for your appreciation. I called today to ask for an increase. They informed me it would be a Hard inquiry. Now 2 other cards did Soft inquires so it wouldn’t impact your credit score. Seems I was mislead when I signed up for Wells Fargo . Don’t use for establishing Credit! They hurt u more than help you. Sad
If you need a good banker, ask for Lyly she is amazing at her job, has a very kind attitude, and makes sure her customers leave happy and with their needs absolutely covered.
