Too busy to help customers even when there is no one inside the bank. Was turned away while for help two days in a row even though I was the only person standing in the bank on the second day. Terrible bank and even worse individual location. If you want a good bank that will bend backwards for you, go to Charles Schwab.
Michelle Is an exceptional Associate Personal Banker, and Jessica was super helpful also. For Wells Fargo locations this was the best service we have had in the greater Sacramento area!
