If I could give a 0 star, I would: I recently received a letter stating that a check issued to me by Wells Fargo five years ago was never cashed and that I needed to resolve the matter within a specific timeframe. The letter provided three clear options: cash the original check, visit a branch for assistance, or complete the back of the form and mail it in if the other two options were not possible. Horrible serivce
Employees were fine. The lack of staff which leads to incredibly long lines when you require a teller is disappointing. Consistently wait 20-30 minutes to speak to a teller here. Why? Because there are only 1-2 staffed. Is this to cut costs? Cant find employees? Surely there should be more tellers available.
They were a little racist. Judged me off of my skin color. I came in with my EDD money card because I was currently on baby bonding time receiving EDD payments until I go back to work. Came in to withdrawal cash & the teller lied to me & told me my card declined & she told me she don’t know why. I went to many other Wells Fargo locations & had no problem withdrawing cash from my debit card. I went to another wells location & they were fine letting me withdrawl cash.
