Worst bank ever. Charging unnecessary fees.
Warning do not use this ATM. This has happened to me three times now I have even reported it to Wells Fargo corporate. They don’t care they will not replace the drive-through ATM machine. This machine shorts cash! The last two times they try to short me over $100. It cannot properly count deposits or dispense cash. Avoid this location at all cost and I’m thoroughly disappointed that after six months of reporting this, you still have this ATM machine scamming people out of their hard earned earned money
The drive through ATM on the far right lane is broken. It miscounts deposits, has happened 3 times now. This last time it tried to short me $100. No one will answer when I call the branch about this. You need to replace this ATM machine ASAP. I'm sure it probably counts the cash wrong when it dispenses money too.
