I’ve been a customer for over 4 years, and I’m very disappointed that I’ve been waiting over an hour just to speak with a banker for a small wire transfer. Now I’m going to be late for work because of this. I understand that things can get busy, but waiting this long for a simple transaction is unacceptable. Please do something to address this. As a loyal customer, I expect better service and don’t want to continue having experiences like this.

The tellers on this location are very rude and while I was there waiting all they did was talk mess about the costumers and even more about Hispanic costumers that they were annoying at not understanding English very racist .. choose another location .
