Oh my god they are so skow. Sat in the line over an hour. Hire people that know how to do the job. This is crazy!
Great service
The new lady they have at the drive thru is horrible. Doesn’t even greet you or ask what you need, just opens the drawer and closes it. I went to go deposit money and I specifically handed her my debit card the one I wanted to be deposited and I told her I wanted it into “my personal checking account” and I’m not sure why she ended up depositing it into my daughter’s account. They need to bring back the other tells they had before her.
Great experience
I’ve been a customer for over 4 years, and I’m very disappointed that I’ve been waiting over an hour just to speak with a banker for a small wire transfer. Now I’m going to be late for work because of this. I understand that things can get busy, but waiting this long for a simple transaction is unacceptable. Please do something to address this. As a loyal customer, I expect better service and don’t want to continue having experiences like this.
