Completely inadequate. Ordered foreign currency on a Thursday, was told it would be ready Friday or Saturday. I got the shipping notice that it was coming from Florida??? on Saturday afternoon. It’s now Tuesday, I’m already out of the country, and Wells Fargo still doesn’t have MY money, the money they already pulled out of my account six days ago. And if you try and discuss this with anyone at this branch they will be completely inept and unhelpful. Hate this bank, they’re crooks. NEVER ORDER FOREIGN CURRENCY FROM HERE.
By far the absolute WORST bank! I made a dispute over a purchase, ive talked to them 4 different times explaining what happened and literally answering the same questions over and over and over again. They declined my dispute stating I didnt give them specific information even though I went into details of how I paid for a service that I never received.
