Lazy service. Walked in to open business account. Both bankers were free but refused to service and asked to get an appointment. Took our business to another bank…
This Branch really sucks.now. Katie Botello is running the branch like it's her personal home. She has such a bad attitude and arrogance. She makes decision with attitude and doesn't even listen to customers issues and complaints. I have been wells Fargo customer since 2003 but never had such bad experiences as I am having at this specific branch all the time now.
Bad service
The manager of this location is very rude and unprofessional. There is no hand sanitizer for the customers unlike this location other Wells Fargo location has hand sanitizers for customers when I asked for it the Manager rudely said there’s no Covid no hand sanitizer and customer service.
