Sam was the teller who handled my deposit, and it was one of the rudest experiences I’ve ever had at Wells Fargo. My debit card doesn’t work because I rarely use it maybe once or twice a year when I visit in person to make a deposit. Instead of helping, Sam accused me of possible fraud, scams, and even robbery just because the card wasn’t active. Eric was helpful and seemed to care about my needs however the manager was not. It felt like I wasn’t cared for and talked down to like a child.
Lazy service. Walked in to open business account. Both bankers were free but refused to service and asked to get an appointment. Took our business to another bank…
This Branch really sucks.now. Katie Botello is running the branch like it's her personal home. She has such a bad attitude and arrogance. She makes decision with attitude and doesn't even listen to customers issues and complaints. I have been wells Fargo customer since 2003 but never had such bad experiences as I am having at this specific branch all the time now.
