Exceptionally rude manager who is a disgrace to customer service. Intentionally found ways to keep us from completing what we came in to do, despite trying to give wells fargo more business. I would rather given 0 stars but have to give at least one for a review. My experience was very similar to the one left by larry hudson. My wife went to make a withdrawal and this location told her no because of the amount. They verified funds we're available but still told her no. The branch manager Mindy Easterbook was no help. I told her I've been banking with Wells Fargo since 1997 & told her I used to work there and Ms. Easterbook doubled down adding a false facade of concern.
