Came to deposit an insurance check in my bank account a few weeks ago so we could get our roof repaired and the older clerk lady tells me not spend all the money! um excuse you? How about you just do your job and deposit the check. save the advice for someone else. I’ll only come here to use the ATM & that’s it. She was extremely rude for my entire interaction with her as well
I just left the Friendswood branch of Wells Fargo next to golds gym, and I had a wonderful experience with my teller, Rhonda. She was five star level polite, and very kind. She worked my transaction very quickly and got me in and out fast and efficiently!
Their bankers are always NOT available within 15-20 mins of closing time. Two times I came here to open an account were met with "we dont have anyone available to help" and emphasized that they were closing in 15 mins and told me to come back another time. I cant help but compare the service here with Chase. At Chase they were willing to help even with if they were closing in 5 mins. Customer service at this branch from my experience is sub par.
