This morning 30th of January Friday I had a appointment at 9:30am I was running late cause my daughter was taken ER she’s pregnant and thought she was going on delivery (force alarm) but let me with my 2 yr old granddaughter I went to the bank was late 10 mins but I appeared to be there cause there was a dead.line today to open account CD but went I sat down at 9:40am until 10:20am the gentleman that I had the appointment call out one customer saw and attended than came out look at me and call somebody else unprofessional. The fact that this branch has a 2 star rating isn't enough to describe how God awful the customer service in this branch is. There's just no words. Stay away. These people have no respect and will not be accountable for their own mistakes. Instead, they will gaslight you and refuse to accept their mistakes.
This branch has a 2.6 for a reason. Stay away if you value your time and money. They make people wait more than 30 minutes for a simple deposit. And if you bring it up to their attention they get offended and tell you to make an appointment. Worst customer service and people.
By far the worst branch of wells fargo ive ever been. Every time I go it's always an issue with employees. Went in today to deposit 2 checks for my business and it took more than 30 minutes when at other branches its a quick 5 minute ordeal if calling to verify checks and deposit them. More than 30 minutes...STAY away. This branch is full of incompetence. To top it off the girl that worked the drive through was making fun of a person with her manager because he was trying to make a deposit and didnt do some math correctly...... read more
I am very disappointed with this location. I went there for the first time on Saturday 1/17/2026 to do a simple name change. I came prepared and had all my documents and the staff was unwilling to help me. I was told I would need to set up an appointment and that the following Saturday is not available. I would have to wait till 1/31/2026. I am very unhappy and think this location needs to be more efficient and work will their customers. Wells Fargo do better!
