During a recent visit, I approached the teller to make a withdrawal. From roughly thirty feet away, the female manager loudly asked questions about my transaction, including how much cash I planned to withdraw, while other customers and staff were nearby. I was shocked at how public the conversation became and felt my privacy and personal security were ignored. Banking conversations should be handled discreetly, not announced across the lobby. What a joke of a bank. We have an account set up for coin deposit but manager says we're not set up for that. Its a deposit what you don't take money. I don't thinks she even knows what a bank is yet wells fargo puts her in charge!
