HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We have been banking with Wells Fargo for over 10 years and the way me and my husband were treated was unacceptable. We went into the branch to get a couple of documents notarized. When we first walked into the branch no one greeted us. I had an exceptional experience today at Wells Fargo. Chris Santos assisted me with setting up my new business account after I made a mistake trying to do it online. I was able to get a same-day appointment and was fortunate to have Chris help me. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. It was such a relief to work with someone who genuinely cares about their clients. Thank you, Chris! You're a true rockstar!
Absolutely the best customer service at this WF location. I spoke to the manager Monique on the phone after a horrible experience at another location. She was so nice and professional and reassured me that if I came to her location, we would be helped. We were paired with personal banker Katlynn and had the best experience. She had our accounts fixed within minutes. These two ladies gave exceptional service and were pleasant to work with.
