I am writing to commend the staff at this branch for their outstanding service. I always feel valued as a client here. I did want to offer one suggestion regarding the office environment: because the branch is small, there is a noticeable lack of acoustic privacy. I highly recommend introducing soft background music to help mask sensitive conversations and ensure client confidentiality. Thank you for the great work!
Every time I come here there are 3 people sitting at desks doing absolutely nothing and they have 1 teller. There is always a long line. Right now there are 3 people doing nothing while there is 1 teller that is extremely slow. To the person that responded to my complaint. I wouldn't go into the branch unless I have to. I despise going into your branch. Why not instead of telling me to avoid coming in, you actually do your job and get people in and out efficiently. All of you should be fired.
