Customer for over 15 years great bank
Worst service imaginable from Lilly today. Rude, crass and acted as I was an enormous inconvenience. Came in the cash a Wells Fargo cashier's check and was treated poorly. Never even greeted me asked "what do you want?" Had an account since 1997. Safe deposit box since 2005. 2 mortgages over the years. Came in today while they are slightly short staffed. I had a 9:30 appointment and was Helped within 10 minutes. Jacob is very very nice and professional. He offered snacks and drinks As I waited and cleared every question I had very easily. He also called a part of the department that had messed up some part of my bonus, and he Cleared it all for me very fast and easily
I went to cash a check from a Wells Fargo customer today at this branch. Never have been so badly treated from a bank! The teller and branch manager very rude! I understand that they needed to verify the check. The they told me that they were unable to get ahold of the person that wrote the check. However the person that wrote me the check had text me and said that she had spoke with them.
