Wells Fargo is the only bank in my 3 decades on this planet that calls customers unsolicited and tries to sell them additional banking services. This is the second branch in the city that has done this. I cannot imagine it is a successful practice and it makes people like me seek less – for lack of a better word – desperate banks.
I just came to this location to open a business account. So the banker asked one of bankers or someone who was sitting in the back I guess helping people open account. The lady accepted to help me. I went there and sat and she asked me what kind of account I was trying to open and I told her business. Given the reviews, I wasn't sure what to expect but I actually had a really nice experience at this Wells Fargo location. Setting up an appointment was simple and there were several convenient dates and times available. When I arrived, I was cheerfully greeted by the tellers and was directed to the desk where I had the appointment scheduled with LaRiah. She was extremely nice, very professional, and very helpful.
