I don’t want to be so harsh as to put one star (I’ll give 2), but this specific location makes me want to switch banks. Every time I come here there’s something that doesn’t work out. Especially on the weekend if all I need is the ATM. Often times the ATM isn’t working or a cone is in the way because it’s closed for some reason. I stopped by this branch today (1/26/26) to complete a death notification. The representative told me it would take 1-1.5 hours to do this or he could schedule an appointment for another day. I told him I would rather do it today and if I need to leave to use the restroom then I would (they don’t have a restroom for customers). After receiving a less than helpful reception at a nearby WF branch, I ventured into the Prominent Point office and set up an appointment for the following day with Associate Personal Banker JOSIE PONTILLO. Excellent location, quick service, friendly and very helpful employees! Lilly and Josie want above and beyond to patiently assist me accurately count out a whole bag of various coins I had been carrying around for awhile because I couldn't find a coin star change machine. Highly recommend this location!
