My mother is 70 years old and has been banking with Wells Fargo for 30 years, dating back to when it was Wachovia. I have had my own account since I was 12. No one can order you a new card, they have 2 lines open for drive through and no one is at the window. Sat there for at lease 20 min. Aminah finally came and was as rude as they come. I get being short staffed but being rude to the person who just waited 20 minutes to just withdraw some cash is outrageous. I would of went through the drivethrew atm but my card doesnt work amd no one at this branch knows how to order me a new card. Overall not a good experience. This was my last visit at this branch and will be going to a different one because the one teller that works there doesn't have an answer to my question except " I don't know" and looked around and didn't bother to ask one of the other employees. Waste of time!
