I was this location and my teller was Lauren first at all she never said hello like the male teller hen was telling is costumer when he starting to serve them and also said at the and thank you and good bye . She never said hello and thank you and good bye . You need send her to a costumer service school . No manners!
Terrible customer service, trash all over. Horrible bank.
Wells Fargo continues to be the worst bank in America. To get a certified check you have to pay a fee to access your own money. Then you get sent around in circles because they chose to give you the wrong type of account 20 years ago. Then the banker says the teller manager could have just waived the fee. Go back to teller manager and she says she can’t and then go back to the banker. Worst service of any bank. No wonder they are ranked 100th out of 100 banks.
