Friendly but inconvenient This branch closed its drive thru windows which is very inconvenient especially when it is raining like today. When they closed the drive-through, I asked about what happens when it’s raining, I was told to “bring my umbrella“. They also reduced the service windows inside to two. There is always a line inside when I come. There’s multiple people working inside, but there is only two windows open. This branch has made it more inconvenient to bank .
