Extremely unhelpful. Bankers don't answer phone calls or they leave you on hold for hours. Walking in is like its an inconvenience for them.
Yesterday, I was at this branch, and the lady on the counter at the left side ignored me!! I'm very disappointed for her action and her service to skip me; She's very unprofessional. And the young guy next to her, was very nice, as a service and proffesionalism; He deserve 5 start.
If I don’t have a appointment they couldn’t help me bad experience been a costumer for long time I left with out help.
My husband and I opened a joint account together today and Gabriel made our experience awesome! Super professional, efficient, and kind!
