Wells Fargo has the worst most incompetent customer service reps EVER. I refunded some shoes and the first rep put the claim in under the wrong amount, the second idiot (day 2 follow up call) says the claim department is closed, I ask to speak to a supervisor who says it's open but transfers me without a claim number. I was told by idiot one I would see a credit, while idiot 2 says it will be 10 business days. this makes 25 mins on hold now after being on the phone for OVER 1 HR so far on this call. not to mention the origin... read more
