Worst customer service of all time; exceptionally rude, absolutely inept. Right now this location is closed for some reason with no notice being given to customers and impossible to reach via phone either. Pitiful excuse for a bank.
I had a very bad experience at that branch. People are not helpful; moreover, they are doing dirty tricks on their customers enjoying it. I came with my 90years old mother to certify her signature, not the document, which was printed in foreign language. I was explaining, that it's her signature they should certify, not the document, because my mother shouldn't sign the document in English, which she doesn't understand.
