I called the Walton way branch location and explained my matter very clearly. I was told to come into the bank to fix my situation. After I waited 30 minutes in line with a teller he told me I would have to wait to see a banker and they would be able to help me. I waited a few to talk to a banker “Ashley” I believe was her name. I explained to her what my situation was and she literally looked at me and said oh just call the 1-800 number on the back of your card and they will help you and walked away.
