I’ve never been more disrespected ever, specially by somebody in Customer Service Assistant vice president Jody has zero interest in assisting bank customers. money missing from my account multiple times when asked questions about it, was yelled at and told that I am one of millions of accounts no obligation to resolve money that was just deposited and not credit to our account.
Very nice and helpfull staff
As a client of 10 years, went into this bank location to make a coin deposit after calling to confirm that it was allowed and was met with rude, dismissive and borderline discriminating behavior from kimmie. Will be closing my account and taking my business elsewhere, this is unacceptable in 2025!
Branch manager was rude and impatient, she acted like I was bothering her when I took a second to answer her question.
