Honestly folks its nerving finding out your deposits are not being “credited” to your account sometimes up to 72 hours after deposited, but then being told by a customer service rep on the phone “that branch is closing permanently soon anyway” really makes me more nervous.
If you’re retired and don’t care about time, then it’s a good bank for you, but if you were working or running a business, definitely, it’s a bad bank for you because it will waste all your time for simple transactions
I have been a loyal customer since 2014 but now I’m going to look into something else. I’m pending on a claim that was submitted on 9/29 and heard nothing back from the claims department nothing! I just want an update or something to know what’s happening with my case. I never had a problem with them until now, lack of communication and unprofessional behavior is really bothersome.
Wells Fargo sucks as a company and corporation. They put restrictions on your card without your knowledge.!! Definitely will be switching to someone else soon!!
The person with the long, white hair sitting at the desk is lazy, probably racist, and worthless. Had a valid passport, birthdate, and social security number, and she claimed she could not pull up the account to help us and just told us to call the 800 number. In the past, if I didn't have my account number, the tellers knew me and just asked for the last 4 digits of my social security and would pull up my account information for me.
