Just terrible service, the manager was really rude and rejected my deposit of almost 25k. I don't recommend this place, I went to a different branch and they helped me without any problem, don't go to that place period....
The way they provide customer service at the tell is absolutely insane. There is a line of 7 people deep waiting on the teller. There are two other bank employees standing off to the side behind the glass near the teller and even though there is another window that they could be helping customers they instead are just talking and helping the one teller with questions she has. Wow, if it would be possible would not even give it a star. I really should have looked at the location ratings before visiting. I was at the location for over an hour waiting on a teller, then being told that for the service I needed, it was a manager who I had to see. Absolutely ridiculous, worth to drive further to a better servicing location!
This place has become a mess! Stay away from drive thrul. If you don't have more than 15 mins to spare or waste. Window is usually in MIA!!!
