Today was just a reminder that any other bank is better than Wells Fargo. I came to open a first time business account and waited 45 minutes to be told that the “lady” is unavailable. The “lady” just didn’t want to attend me. The least you could’ve done was tell me from the beginning. Horrible bank, Horrible customer service and the place smells like foot.
Arya Jose Garcet, Assoc. Personal Banker, was excellent. The lady who took my deposit and issued temp checks at the window (Yolit) was, also, professional. Keep up the great customer service!
