Came in on 12/15/17, which was a Friday afternoon, roughly after 3 pm.. waited in line for over 30 minites. Only 2 people working. My issue was not with them. They were trying but the frustration was CLEAR ON ALL of the customers faces. The wait time was far longer than wait times typically are in banks, even on busier days. It's the holidays and it was a Friday. Awesome branch!! AmaZing team!
I can't speak for everyone at the branch, but I have never had a negative encounter with any of the tellers or bankers. I have specifically followed Ms. Falon (?) to this branch to continue working with her concerning any loans or other situations that require the skills of a banker. Here skills and customer service are to be commended.
