UPDATE 8/29/24: Got another unsolicited call from this location. I have asked to be placed on the do not call list. Happy to take my business to any other Wells Fargo branch, none of which have attempted to upsell me additional banking services. Got a call from this location. They simply wanted to sell me additional banking services. The ONLY time my bank should ever call me unsolicited is if something is wrong with my account, and the manager of this location should be ashamed they condone this behavior. Was excited to be living near my bank, but more than half the time the ATM doesn't work so I have to drive to another one anyways. Super frustrating
Lots of waiting. Wells Fargo has gone down hill. By the way, after I left this review, they closed my account. Very telling.
