i went to deposited money at well fargo ATM middle of my translation ATM stop working is been past 7 days they are not returning my money calling customer service waiting on hold for hours and hours after talking to customer service they say waited 10 more business days. i need the money to pay my bill.
They see me every Friday and gave me a hard time about cashing my baby 300 dollar pay check and Publix did it in two seconds...

Jennifer at this branch has horrible customer service skills. She was volatile passive aggressive over the phone while I was on the phone 3-way with Auto finance Wells Fargo. She had emotional issues in answering a simple question of what is the fax number here for the Wells Fargo Auto finance department to send a fax to.
