They have under-trained and not ready to work people serving as tellers, took three people to get me s cashiers check, people’s time is valuable, please respect that!
Came into the branch on 1/10/2025. Needed a pin reset after opening an account online. Was not greeted by a banker. Security advised me to take a seat and that someone would be with me. Waited 20 minutes. Never talked to a Wells Fargo employee. Had to leave with no access to my money.
Worse bank ever ! ! ! They closed my account within 1 day because I had a negative balance of $3! Then I call to fix it right and it turns out I can only pay them the negative balance but I can not get my account back on because they don’t do that!!!!! I didn’t even close it my self they did …Like what do you mean you don’t do that???? Then they had me waiting on line for a whole ass hour …..all for nothing! It’s completely unacceptable.
