Worst bank ever. i don’t know why they still in business.
My nephew went to this branch three times trying to open an account. Each time they refused to open an account for him because it was "too late" (more than an hour before closing time) or "too busy" (he would have waited). Not only is this bad business practice, it's insulting. *Avoid at all costs.* The Truist bank and the Capital One bank a little ways up 410 by the mall both have much better customer service, as does the Bank of America at the intersection of 410 and Kenilworth Ave.
This is the worst wells Fargo branch 23 minutes at the teller box in the driveway thru just to make a deposit
They have under-trained and not ready to work people serving as tellers, took three people to get me s cashiers check, people’s time is valuable, please respect that!
