I've been coming to this bank for many years and have never been treated badly. Just today, Saturday, July 25th, I went through the Drive-Thru and tried to speak to him in Spanish because I heard him speaking Spanish through the speaker and I saw he was Hispanic, like me. His name is WALID and he refused to help me. He told me he didn't speak Spanish. They shouldn't have people like that
This people are rude
I was really disappointed with my experience at this Wells Fargo branch. I came in excited to open a new account and switch banks, expecting a welcoming experience. When I walked in, the branch was not busy at all, yet I was told they were "too busy" to help me and that I would need to make an appointment just to open an account. Terrible place for making a deposit. They asked me to fill out a form, even though I’ve made deposits at other branches and was never asked to fill out a form or answer unnecessary questions. I waited in line and ended up wasting about 30 minutes. Since I’m editing my review, I’ll add this: I deposited the same check today at a branch in the Rockville area.
