This bank is astonishingly inefficient. Despite only two people being ahead of us, we ended up waiting 40 minutes for our turn to deposita check. It’s clear they are severely understaffed. One young employee seemed completely lost, repeatedly asking his colleague—a woman who was also doubling as a teller—for guidance. This multitasking made the wait even longer, as she kept leaving to handle drive-thru customers mid-transaction.
