Since we moved to NC 14 months ago, we have had cause to travel the 45 min., to the branch on Sunset in Rocky Mount. Each time - we were greeted by a friendly representative within 2 min. of sitting in the lobby. They spoke to us in a Private office. We have dealt with 2 women & one man / had needs to visit the branch approx. 5 times. The Reps. were ALL very knowledgeable, and explained things in a way we could understand.
