Worst banking experience EVER! I had a used car loan that was being auto debited from my checking and the bank closed the account before the final payment was withdrawn then I couldn’t get into the account to pay it. This went on and on with me trying to pay it off and they sent it to collections!! I’ve spent hours on the phone with customer support and gotten nowhere. Tried to call the branch to make an appointment and no answer over and over and went in and was turned away!
