Nobody works there. Trued to do a wire transfer and only 1 guy there but he didn't know how.
Had some 20+ year old savings bonds that recently turned up, the teller at this location was incredibly helpful and friendly as well. Not only did she help me redeem/deposit, she also advised of related tax liabilities as a heads up. Service was incredible and during the 20 mins I was there, several other customers came in and chatted with employees while taking care of business and my distinct impression was that this friendly service is the norm, not the exception!

So I've been dealing with setting up direct deposit for a new job and needed an authorization letter. I had tried through the mobile app but couldn't get it so I called the bank and explained the situation. They told me to come right in and they'd take care of it for me. Less than a minute later, they called me back and and told me I didn't have to come in, which was GREAT, they would walk me through the process first to Help me do it.
