Very helpful staff and quick service. Professional and caring.
We have our checking acct there. We have met with 2 different bankers which have provided good advice, but I DON'T LIKE that they have racked up some healthy fines for illegal things, THAT worries me.
Today I went to Wells Fargo to apply for a credit card. Hamidreza Babaamiri assisted me; he was very friendly, always smiling, and exceptionally kind. He quickly resolved my issue, and I am very grateful to him. 100 points!👍👍👍
Very disturbing and concerning. I received an email today from one of their employees at this office with this address and phone number thanking me for the call we had earlier today and a link to click for a new checking account. I never called Wells Fargo and my ONLY business with them is a credit card that I occasionally use. At first I thought it was scammers but it's legitimately a real employee at that location who somehow accessed my info and sent me an email trying to trick me into opening a new checking account.
