Most unfriendly bank EVER! Never spoken to. Barely acknowkedged.
Kerry helped me get some banking documents that I needed in a bind. He was able to book me an appointment, get the papers needed, and have me on the way in ten minutes. I spent 45 minutes on phone/hold with the general 800 Wells Fargo customer service to be told they couldn't get me this type of statement.
