Without a doubt, I have had the most exceptional banking experience of my life. I had to initiate two highly time-sensitive wire transfers, and both were executed flawlessly. Today, I was assisted by the bank manager while she was training two employees. Open my account online, however had to many difficulties so I decided to go to this branch. The .moment I walked in I met the tellers the branch manager and a personal banker. All my concerns were address I have my debit card in hand and all my accounts were up and running flawlessly. Dorela and Sema are true assets to this branch and the Wells Fargo organization as a whole. I have closed all my other accounts and noe Wells Fargo has all my business
A real disappointment to be treated with prejudice and discrimination in this day and age. The tellers and desk representative looked at my settlement check for about half hour, I couldn't understand why if the check was drawn from the bank I was held up for so long with no customers being asked weird questions. The desk clerk kept asking me for $25 dollars and I kept repeating why if the check is drawn from here do I need $25. I don't understand where people get so much aggression from. Maybe you need to start with yourself? I only see smiles, friendliness and professionalism of the staff. I just deposited a check into a business account, not even a minute has passed since I did it. 🤝
