Paid off my car is been 3months now every week l will call trying to get my lean release but for what ever reason they kept telling me is been send to me twice and I never seen nothing from them I don't really know what to do

I have been requesting a duplicate lien release for the past month. They told me that they would email me one within 72 hours. Once that time period was finished, I called again asking where it was. They told me they sent it which they did not. Since that time I have called a half a dozen times and have been told on each of them that it would be the next business day. I have yet to receive that duplicate lien release.

falsely reports credit and will hold payments to push you into being late, impossible to reach them by phone and they have multiple payment/information sites all requiring different log-in information, every time you log in you are redirected to reset password and it does not work they do this to push consumers behind. reports filed with all consumer credit reporting agency's, CFPB & state attorney general still no resolve

Called to get access to my account and the representative was very unenthusiastic and sounded like she hated her job. Her sound was very quit and I mentioned I had trouble hearing her. Her response was "Well I have my phone turned all the way up, so I don't know what to tell you." She made me wait several minutes because she couldn't figure out how to send an email.
