unless you are trying to open an account or something they make money from you will get the Worst customer Service ever they will tell you to call it in for anything and when you do call it customer care will tell you, you need to go to the branch just for them not to do anything and to tell you to call back I had an account for more then 15 yrs and I'm over this company there no help with anything I have been on hold for about an hr now and still holding never had a problem like this with chase or BOA
