Very poor customer service though been customer for 25 years. I will find another branch.
Trying to be fair so I'll give them three stars. Their people are trying hard, but the bank just doesn't give them what they need to be effective. I went in just before noon on a Friday, which is a commonly busy time. There were only three tellers working. I was making a small deposit but between waiting in line and doing my transaction, it took over 30 minutes. I was amazed, confused . why cant you go to a branch and open a IRA account ????? , they have all these people sitting behind desks and all I want is to sit down with a real person and open an account, I don't want to do it on line is that so hard to understand,
No help with the SBA loans and poor service. I’m changing banks
