ATM broke down after my transaction and I never got the money from the check I deposited. Wells Fargo is claiming I never made a transaction (even though it was pending in my account). 3 claims later (2 of them being escalated), they’re claiming I was never at the ATM.
This ATM is broken since past 3-4 months now. Pathetic ATM service.
