ATM wasn’t very nice to me didn’t even say a word!
DO NOT deposit cash at the outdoor ATM here, there’s no grabbing mechanism for the cash and it’s just a huge box that takes forever to close,my $200 went flying in the wind, most atms have that but I guess there’s isn’t updated yet
Absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever! It seems like no one wants to even work inside with the drive through closed and the amount of sorry I don't know they will give you. I've been a customer for far too long to not even be able to cash a check at my own bank. Wells Fargo service has gone downhill, it's trash. Will be closing my acct with them. I'd give no stars if I could!
