Complaint review for Judith L. Luque - Associate Personal Banker Analyst I’ve been a loyal customer of this bank for over 9 years, but my recent experience with Judith L. Luque was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. We had a scheduled appointment on Friday, May 16th. Upon arriving at the branch, no one acknowledged or greeted us.
