This bank is unbelievably HORRIBLE!!!! My folks and I are done and we have and have had every mortgage, 11 accounts, credit cards for years here. Today I was running late and it was 457pm and they were locking up and told me they were closed. I got stranded out of gas bc of it. Customer service is non existent.
