It’s not safe. I was withdrawing cash at 2:00 PM in broad daylight. Some guy was standing around like a vulture. He asked me if I could give him some cash. I said no, and he said “I could’ve snatched that.” I shouldn’t have to worry about that at an ATM in a busy shopping mall in broad daylight.
