The banker who was to have helped me was patronizing, impatient and absolutely unhelpful. She provided me with info and when I asked her questions to clarify she impatiently said to disregard what she had initially said and said I had to return since she could not help. When I asked why I was given information that she was the one to help she replied that the tellers had not provided accurate information and she repeated I had to return to see another teller, this as she stood up.
