I need a name taken off my account. Per bank policy the only way to do this is to go to the bank. When you go to the bank you have to have an appointment and they don’t have an appointment for 4 days. Meanwhile there are 3 bankers sitting in their offices with no customers.

Rude and slow. I'm a business manager and I can't do night drop deposits per company policy. This location requires you to come inside for more than 3 deposits and come inside if you need to make change. The line in the building is always backed up because the people at the desk inside are painfully slow. I have waited an hour of my work day to make 4 deposits. You close down one Wells Fargo to make people drive further. Then when people show up, one atm is out of service, the other is out of 50s and paper. But don’t forget y’all, spend $0.01 over your balance, pay Wells Fargo $35 that goes into the pockets of executives since they can’t buy paper for atms

I have an account with them but they still would not cash an out of state check. The check was under $500 so it was not like it was a large check.
