The atm at this location is always either out of order or not accepting deposits. Very unreliable experience and with the bank closing at 12pm on a Saturday surely another bank can be more accommodating.
I visited this branch today in order to resolve a matter of fraudulent activity with one of my accounts and was assisted by personal banker Peter ImOberstag. Peter went above and beyond to provide me with exceptional customer service in mitigation my issue. I came into the building apprehensive but my visit today with Peter has emboldened my confidence in banking with Wells Fargo.
