Just came in at 3:15pm and asked a clerk/agent Ana Mar�a, that had no customer sitting or waiting,to open two Business Accounts. She said they were booked for the day. There was not one person waiting in the place. Went to the counter then to make a payment for one of the 3 accounts I have with WF. The lady that took the payment, Sandra, was very helpful trying to orient me as best she could and that I could open it online. She tried getting Ana Mar�a to help me and again says she can’t.
